We would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to Berkeley Village which is an 24 bed specialist rehabilitation and care centre in Bamber Bridge, Preston. The home is situated within a close proximity from the amenities and facilities that Preston town centre provides.

Berkeley Village has been developed to provide three independent care services, offering care and support to individuals (male and female) aged 18-65 yrs with complex mental health, learning disability or acquired brain injury / neurodevelopmental disorders.

Berkeley House is an 24 bed new purpose state of the art home which includes:

· Single en-suite bedrooms

· Service User’s ADL kitchens

· Assisted Bathrooms

· Lounge/Dining Areas

· Single en-suite adapted bathrooms for physical disability

· Passenger Lift

· Laundry

· Sluices

· Therapy Suites

Each of our three services provides individuals with a comprehensive programme of multidisciplinary assessment, care and treatment. The service user is supported in a small, inclusive care environment, where care primarily focuses on:

· Provision of specialist Medical, Psychiatry, Psychological, Occupational Therapy and Social Care
· Full time Registered Nurses · Continuous Assessment and Management of Risks
· Enhancing Daily Living Skills
· Supporting and Developing Individual Strategies for Independent Living, whenever possible
· Working collaboratively with service users, families, external professional agencies and Commissioners in the delivery of high quality Care
· Provide a complete and comprehensive Support package for each Individual

We are a part of a family run independent care group, and our main aim is to make sure our service users feel at home in a comfortable environment and to provide exceptionally high quality care. We also want to make sure that every-one continues their life with personal privacy and dignity. Berkeley Village was first opened in 2016, and is a modern purpose built home, designed to allow service users to have the facilities they need, within the best possible environment.
