The service aims to provide people with a residential environment where they can be supported to increase their independence skills and prepare for a community placement. The staff team use the “Well-being Star” process to support people to increase skills in all areas of their day to day life and prepare them for independent living.

I feel that Berkeley Village has done an amazing job when looking after and caring for my cousin. The staff are absolutely amazing and always friendly. Every inch of the home is polite and loving.

They always make family of the resident feel welcomed. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect home for my cousin. There’s nothing to fault.
